Philip Ryken

Educated at Wheaton College, Westminster Theological Seminary, and the University of Oxford, Philip Ryken is the president of Wheaton College. He is the author or editor of more than 30 books, including Art for God's Sake: A Call to Recover the Arts and expository commentaries on Exodus, Jeremiah, Luke, and other books of the Bible. When he is not preaching or teaching, Phil likes to play basketball and ponder the relationship between Christianity and American culture.

In Jeremiah chapter 24, the prophet sees a strange vision: Two Baskets of Figs. One was full of the best figs in the land, and the other wasn’t even fit for dogs to eat. Dr. Ryken explains in this message taken from Jeremiah 24:1-25:14
